Yes very! We're open 7 days a week, 6am - 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 7pm Saturday and Sunday so we can always find slots to suit you, any questions regarding set times just get in contact
Their are daily 30 minute team training sessions. These sessions are unlimited on either 1 to 1 membership or team training membership.
Everyone has busy lives and we understand that, theirs no commitment here. Cancel anytime or simply freeze your personal training membership. All paid Monthly sessions must be used within a calendar month.
Yes this can be a great way to keep you motivated, as long as we know when booking in your personal training session this is no problem.
We can track your progress in many different ways. Not everyone wants to be weighed and thats fine. We can use our monthly body analysis , results tracking or before, during and after pictures. We find what works for you. Personal training is flexible and can be adapted for everyone.
